PASIR MAS, Nov 30 — Those found playing in floodwaters in groups in Rantau Panjang and Pasir Mas will be slapped with a RM1,000 compound, said Pasir Mas District Police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Roy Suhaimi Sarif.
